Good evening all. Transmission problems ensue: I have a '00 E53 4.4 with 130k. 2nd owner, the trans (ZF5HP24) has never been serviced. It has always ran beautifully and has had many of the suspension, electrical, and cooling problems covered on this site. It has been otherwise reliable and an awesome car to drivefor my wife.

I'm hoping the experts on this forum can help me with a transmission programming issue (If that's the problem). I have a 2005 X5 3.0i with 172K miles. I bought it CPO in 2007 with 10K miles on it. It's my wife's daily driver and is in great shape. I do all the maintenance myself and it has many new parts (Re-built front axles and boots, valve
Immobiliser. I have a BMW X5 E53 4.4I and is 2004 54 plate. I have experienced battery drainage where I was w2orking away for 3 weeks at a time to find the battery flat, once started everything was working fine. I located the problem to the small fan unit in the climate control which was not turning off hence draining the battery down.
